Responsibilities

• Complete all required health history screenings, including vaccinations, drug screens, and fit tests.
• Fill out necessary professional forms including conflict of interest disclosures and criminal background checks.
• Successfully complete competency testing and skills checklists relevant to the specialty.

• Valid professional license/certification in your discipline.
• Completion of necessary health screenings and vaccinations as specified.
• Trinity Profile and Education Verification for submission.
• Preparation for Joint Commission testing as part of compliance.
