Healthcare Professional Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all necessary credentials and health checks required for onboarding. Responsibilities will include conducting health assessments and maintaining patient information confidentiality in accordance with established protocols.

• Ensure up-to-date health records, including vaccinations and health statements.
• Complete required professional documentation, such as the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Disclosure.
• Participate in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist assessments.
• Conduct drug screenings and background checks as per the hiring protocols.
• Adhere to the Trinity standards for patient and system security.

• Current License/Certificate Verification.
• Completion of all health history requirements including COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background checks.
• Compliance with Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form.
