In all three Job roles;
Maintenance department is responsible for…

Maintenance of Mowing/Trimming equipment (oil, fuel, blades, belts, etc)

Does not include building owned/managed mules, carts, etc

Ordering Fertilizer and overseeing quality/quantity control

Managing Watering times and frequency

Any approved “Donated Equipment” will become the property of the Vallivue Maintenance Department. All such equipment may be used or shared by programs or schools.

Individuals performing these field duties will communicate with Head of Maintenance and Grounds Site Lead in the following areas:

• Coordinate irrigation and fertilization needs/recommendations
• Communicate equipment needs and repairs (damage, fuel, oil, etc.)
• Communicate broken/non functioning irrigation issues

• Includes the Main field and practice field(s)
• Each site will identify fields and locations
• Mowing and trimming of grass on a regular schedule
• Seasonal and Off-Season (Year-Round - 3 pay periods (Fall, Spring, Summer))
• Monitoring irrigation issues or problems
• Coordinate with field Painter during the FB season

• Mowing and trimming of grass on the field and in the outfield.
• Seasonal and Off-Season (Year-Round - 3 pay periods (Fall, Spring, Summer))
• Maintaining the condition of outfield fences and backstops.
• Fertilizing as needed
• Coordinate with field Painter during the Season

• Mowing and trimming of grass on a regular schedule.
• Seasonal and Off-Season (Year-Round - 3 pay periods (Fall, Spring, Summer))
• Monitoring irrigation issues or problems
• Coordinate with field Painter during the season
