Second shift:
Monday – Friday, 2 pm – 10 pm. Eligible for a 10% shift differential.
The Quality Technician II is responsible for assuring all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied through all manufacturing and inspection process steps and for identifying and implementing continuous quality improvement activities.
Key Job Accountabilities- Provide effective functional support of assigned quality and supplier quality processes, goods and services to meet functional department and customer requirements.
- Support customer returned goods functions and non-conforming material.
- Adapt to changes in the work environment, support improvement initiatives, participate actively to improve work environment (e.g., 6S), seek opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead development and direction of quality inspectors.
- Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis.
- Associate’s degree with two or more years of related experience preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

- Work in a manufacturing environment with required personal protective equipment. Facilities have comfortable temperatures, low noise, suitable lighting.
- May require walking, standing, sitting, using a computer, and other office equipment.
- Direct interaction with people and equipment is event-driven and will include inspecting, qualifying, troubleshooting, and improving jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.
- May work individually on tasks with a prolonged focus on written material or as part of a multidisciplinary team using multiple software systems.

Salary range: $45,300.00 – $67,900.00, based on geographic location, experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.
