The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

Salary Range:

$45,300.00 - $67,900.00

Work Shift - This shift helps cover operations on our 1st Shift which works Monday
- Friday 6am-2pm.

Purpose Statement:
To ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement through effective leadership, meticulous oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional products and customer satisfaction.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company specifications.
  • Lead and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, resolve non-conformances, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency gains, and areas for process optimization, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Education/Experience

Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as quality management, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred.
Other

Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, or Six Sigma may be preferred or required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
