HB Specialty Foods is seeking an organized Lab Assistant for the Day shift to test product to specification, record results promptly, and support our Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in delivering accurate data and ongoing improvements.
The role involves maintaining a clean, compliant lab, preparing and testing samples per SOPs (color, aroma, viscosity, moisture, salt), and assisting with environmental and micro testing, with benefits, PTO, and overtime opportunities.
