At Longboards Pizza and Big Wave Yogurt, all Crew Members are trained for all functions of the restaurant. Our Crew is truly a team working for a common goal of the highest guest satisfaction. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective and efficient daily and long-term operations, manage costs, increase sales, and support growth in the market.

• Confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment.
• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise, and temperature levels
• Move and lift 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
