We are seeking a full‑time Sales Merchandiser to join our hard‑working and fast‑paced team in Nampa. This team player will ensure our Franz customers have the best products on their shelves.

• Maintain bakery products in assigned stores by stocking shelves, rotating outdated products to ensure freshness, facing products to present bakery items in a pleasing manner, and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver product to customer locations.
• Load and unload product in company‑issued vehicle, including pushing/pulling racks and trays of bakery products.
• Perform additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

• Full‑time position; available to work between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends (schedule to be discussed).
• Solid work history and 1+ year experience in a similar merchandising position; experience in bread/bakery/food industry a plus.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform frequent or constant handling activities.
• Pass pre‑employment background check, drug screen, math test, physical and physical capacity test.
• Clean driving record and provide current driving abstract if called for interview.
• Lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large bulky racks of product.
• Highly organized, fast‑paced, and able to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Reliable, safe, and positive work history.
