Front End Service Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Employment Type: Part‑Time.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and handle financial transactions. Always ready to assist with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
