, our in-house showroom and finish materials division. We have an in-house interior design and product specialist, plus 3D renderings, cabinets, and custom kitchen/bath capabilities.
That means our Business Development Manager isn’t selling a “van and a few fans.” You’re selling a real company with real offerings — and a huge amount of opportunity.

What You’ll OwnYou will build relationships that generate real revenue through:
- Insurance agents.
- Insurance adjusters.
- Property managers.
- Builders & general contractors.
- Property investors/flippers.
- Multi-family owners & apartment communities.
- Commercial accounts.
You will also:
- Set meetings and follow up relentlessly.
- Build a measurable pipeline.
- Track activity in a CRM (if it’s not tracked, it didn’t happen).
- Attend networking events and create referral momentum.
- Represent Allay professionally and confidently.
- Drive new jobs that turn into real, collected revenue.
If you can’t consistently create opportunity AND close business, this isn’t your seat.
You Are- A proven producer (B2B sales, relationship sales, or restoration sales).
- Comfortable hearing “no” and coming back stronger.
- Self-managed (you don’t need babysitting).
- A strong communicator who earns trust fast.
- Organized enough to track pipeline and follow-up.
- Someone who can sell value — not discounts.
- Someone who runs toward challenges, not away from them.
- Someone who wants to build something long-term, not just “have a job”.
You don’t just “network.” You produce.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation:
- $40,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission.
- Strong performers earn $85,000–$140,000+.
