POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio and represent the PMI Tree City brand across the Treasure Valley. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and turning opportunities into measurable results.
You will connect with homeowners, investors, and real estate partners to share how PMI Tree City can simplify property ownership and management. If you’re organized, relationship-oriented, and driven to achieve goals, this could be a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Build lasting relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local partners.
Present clear, value-based proposals to prospective clients.
Represent PMI Tree City at community and business events.
Collaborate with leadership on marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
Track and manage all opportunities in the CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
Comfortable using CRM tools and social media for outreach.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, property management, or home services sales.
Familiarity with the local rental and investor market.
