• Dedicate yourself to learning and executing our proven sales process with excellence. Use your skills to guide customers through a seamless buying experience, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
• Continuously educate yourself on our products and inventory. Become an expert in everything related to RVs and accessories, so you can confidently answer questions and provide solutions to our customers.
• Work closely with management to set clear, actionable goals that align with both personal and company objectives. Take ownership of your targets and strive for success by hitting or exceeding sales goals.
• Be an active and positive team player, contributing to a supportive, high‑energy work environment. Share insights, help others when needed, and work together to achieve collective success.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with sales strategies and product knowledge. Ensure that all required training milestones are met.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required. A passion for helping others, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service is essential. If you have a natural ability to connect with people, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed in sales.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs quickly. Ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
• Proficient in standard office tools such as G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.). Ability to manage basic office tasks like scheduling, filling out paperwork, and communication effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Motivated to achieve personal and team goals while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods of time
• Bending, climbing, and stooping
• Occasionally lifting 20 lbs
• Work in various weather conditions

• Commission‑based with high earning potential. Our top performers make over $100,000 annually.
  • 20% of the gross profit on RVs
  • 25% of the gross profit on boats
• $4,000 guarantee for 4 months or commission, whichever is greater

• Full‑time position with Saturdays required.
• Sundays and one weekday off.
