FULL-TIME AUTO AUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho $3,000-$4,000/month base salary + monthly bonus

Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho is looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. This position works directly with new and existing auto dealers, building relationships, growing accounts, and providing a high level of customer service.

This position is about more than making sales calls. You will build genuine relationships with automobile dealers, understand their needs, solve problems, negotiate deals, and become their trusted connection to DAA Idaho. The right person will enjoy meeting customers face-to-face, communicating regularly, and taking personal responsibility for growing their market.

$3,000-$4,000/Month DOE + Bonuses

Established sales representatives are currently earning approximately $2,000 per month in additional bonuses. Bonus amounts are performance-based and are not guaranteed.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing auto dealers
• Regularly communicate with dealer accounts and assist with their auction needs
• Generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Travel within the assigned sales area as needed to generate new business and communicate with established customers
• Represent Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho professionally with customers and within the automotive community
• Work closely with auction management and other departments to provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers and identify opportunities to increase business
• Attend occasional dinners, golf, sporting events and other relationship building opportunities

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with early Fridays - typically finishing around 1:00 PM. Some travel is required. Weekend work is very limited, although occasional weekends may be necessary for special events or business needs.

The right person should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable talking with customers, developing relationships, and working independently. Automotive or dealership experience is helpful, but we are also interested in candidates with strong sales or customer relationship experience who are willing to learn the auto auction industry.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with local and regional travel.
