Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities or policy violations.;
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
