Job Description

Seeking an experienced Grade Foreman.

Full-Time Year-Round Local Work!

Foreman will be working on commercial or residential construction projects, subdivisions, parking lot, and road building. We do commercial and residential construction work in the Treasure Valley.

Pay Depending on Experience.

Job Requirements

* Must be 18+ years old & able to legally work in the US.

* Must have a US Issued unexpired Driver's License.

* Idaho CDL preferred but not mandatory.

* 3+ years of experience as a foreman or crew lead. (Must be able to read blueprints, staking, and work in Tenths)

* Must have experience with grader and finish grade.

* Clean driving record.

* Self-driven with the ability to work unsupervised.

* Experience with Top Con preferred.

* Communicates/coordinates with state, city, and county inspectors.

* Knowledge of Dig Line and local specifications.

Responsibilities

* Safe operation of multiple pieces of equipment (Grader, Dozer, Excavator, etc.)

* Manages a crew of 2-3 people.

* Keep company trucks and equipment clean, greased, and schedule repairs with mechanics.

* Safely digging around underground utilities.

* Keeping job sites clean and progressing forward.
