The Contents Restoration Helper is a full-time position. This role is with the Contents Department primarily but not exclusively. The candidate is skilled in the completion of contents pack outs and assists the project management staff in responsibilities related to warehouse management, pack outs, contents assessment, content and structural cleaning and deodorization.
- Transportations of contents/materials
- Communication with property owners
- Disassembly and assembly of basic furniture and appliances
- Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 50-75 pounds)
- Clean homes after construction
- Good oral and verbal communication
- Work well with team
- Self-starter, great organizational skills and planning
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions: fumes or airborne particles: toxic or a caustic chemicals.
