Pest Control Technician

Job Description

As a Pest Control Technician, you will manage a daily route treating customers' homes with pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. Your goal is to solve pest concerns while delivering excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.

• Wage comparable to $22 – $27 / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)
• Paid training at $18 / hour

Once training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle you can take home, a fuel card for routes, and either a company cell phone or a bi‑monthly reimbursement.

You will treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes are created daily and comprise the same customers to build relationships.

You will conduct thorough inspections to identify entry points and infestations, then develop treatment plans. You will communicate findings, share preventative measures, and recommend additional services to keep customers pest‑free.

Occasional travel to our warehouse in Nampa, , is required for meetings, training, and restocking supplies.

• 6+ months of sales experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent time‑management skills

Previous experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, independent routes, or in‑home technician roles is highly encouraged.

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must have a current, valid driver's license.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be clean‑shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• You must be comfortable entering crawl spaces and attics.
