The Landscape Construction Laborer supports daily operations on landscape construction jobsites. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role where you’ll assist with installation work and help complete projects safely and efficiently. • Assist with site preparation, installation, and cleanup for landscape construction projects
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, and wheelbarrows safely and effectively
• Dig trenches for irrigation and drainage systems
• Move and distribute materials such as soil, rock, mulch, and gravel
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from trucks and trailers
• Operate small equipment (trenchers, augers, compact machinery) with training
• Support irrigation and drainage installation under direction of crew leaders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
