Kendall Auto Group, a leading family‑owned dealership in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an Upfit/Suspension Shop Apprentice Technician to join our Custom Truck Center's fast‑paced accessories team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with vehicle upfits, including installation of truck accessories and aftermarket equipment
  • Install and service suspension lift kits, shocks and related components
  • Perform quality control inspections after installations to ensure proper fitment and safety
  • Assist technicians with brake, steering and suspension repairs
  • Operate shop equipment and maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • Mount and balance tires, perform wheel alignments (if applicable)
  • Inspect vehicles before and after modifications to verify proper operation
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures for all installations

Work is performed indoors in a shop environment; standing, walking, pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling are required for the duration of the shift. Lifting and moving weights between 20 to 100 pounds may be required occasionally.

Requirements

Must have the ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles (automatic and manual transmissions). A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required. Full‑time availability is required.
