Position: MACHINE OPERATOR SOLUTIONEER — WEEKEND SHIFT

Note: This is a new daytime shift consisting of three 12‑hour days (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). This full‑time position is eligible for the same benefits as our other shifts.

The primary role of this position is to operate various machine stations within the production lines. The right candidate will be eager to learn, well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and focused on the success of the team/company as a whole.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Operate various machine stations within the production lines.
  • Operate and monitor ABB robots, Hundegger and SCM automated saws, motorized conveyors, and other electrical and pneumatic equipment.
  • Ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Drive improvements by suggesting system and routine enhancements.
  • Work safely with industrial safety systems while maintaining a high level of personal safety in the factory.
  • Identify and report malfunctions and errors for resolution by the appropriate department.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient, high‑quality production.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership or supervision.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read a tape measure and safely operate common hand and power tools.
  • Strong drive to maintain stable production and maximize factory machinery uptime.
  • Desire to innovate and create, with a willingness to push the limits of what has been done before.
  • Willingness to implement processes, instructions, and strategies to improve team performance.
  • Proven ability to problem‑solve, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform system testing effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • At least one year of experience working with machines and/or robots.
  • Experience with volumetric modular construction or related construction fields, especially wall, floor, and ceiling framing and sheathing.
  • Experience in a factory production‑line environment.
  • Understanding of industrial robotics and modern automation technologies, including mechanical, electrical, and programming systems.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

This position requires frequent speaking, listening, sitting, use of hands and fingers, and handling objects with appropriate breaks. This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and regularly lifting 50+ pounds. The work environment includes a fast‑paced automated manufacturing facility.
