Signarama Nampa is seeking an experienced Sign & Graphics Installer who takes pride in producing clean, professional work. This is a hands on, fast paced position for someone who works efficiently, solves problems in the field, and maintains excellent quality while managing changing priorities.

The ideal candidate has professional experience installing signs and applying vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces, including vehicles. Experience installing full vehicle wraps or color-change wraps is highly preferred.

• Sign Installation:
  Safely prepare surfaces and install vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, sign panels, exterior signs, and other signage.
• Vinyl Application and Production:
  Weed, mask, laminate, trim, mount, and professionally apply cut and printed vinyl graphics to a wide variety of substrates.
• Vehicle Graphics and Wraps:
  Prepare vehicle surfaces and install vinyl lettering, decals, spot graphics, partial wraps, and full vehicle wraps on cars, trucks, vans, trailers, and other vehicles.
• Site Assessment:
  Evaluate installation locations, verify measurements, identify challenges, and determine the appropriate placement and installation method.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect all completed work for correct placement, alignment, adhesion, trimming, finish quality, durability, and overall appearance.
• Efficient Workflow:
  Manage multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, and complete projects within established time frames while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Safely use and maintain ladders, drills, heat guns, squeegees, knives, and other tools required for production and installation.
• Customer Interaction:
  Represent Signarama Nampa professionally at all times.

  Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams to confirm measurements, specifications, materials, deadlines, and installation requirements.

• Professional sign or graphics installation experience is required
• Demonstrated experience producing and applying cut and printed vinyl to multiple substrates
• Vehicle graphics is strongly preferred; full vehicle-wrap experience is highly preferred but not required
• Ability to apply vinyl cleanly while minimizing bubbles, wrinkles, lifting, overstretching, and visible seams
• Ability to independently assess installation conditions and solve problems in the field
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, reliability, and a sense of urgency
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and finish quality
• Ability to prioritize assignments and adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and vinyl application equipment
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation layouts, templates, and production specifications
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to both work independently and collaborate effectively with the rest of the team
• Physical ability to lift more than 80 pounds, climb ladders and scaffolds, and work comfortably at varying heights
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend installations based on project and customer needs

This is a full-time position. The regular schedule may occasionally vary based on installation workload, customer availability, weather, site access, and project requirements.
