Lead Technician

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee field service operations for portable restrooms, temporary fencing, roll-off dumpsters, and related site solutions. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of technicians, coordinate daily routes, and ensure safe, compliant installation, maintenance, and repairs for construction, industrial, and event customers. You'll model our safety-first, customer-focused culture, train and mentor team members, and resolve on-site issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field service operations for portable restrooms, fencing, and related site solutions
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment to safety and compliance standards
• Train, mentor, and support service technicians in best practices and safety procedures
• Coordinate routes, schedules, and work orders to meet customer timelines
• Inspect sites and equipment, documenting service, issues, and resolutions
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve service needs
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and materials are maintained and inventory is accurate
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies at all times
