Overnight Shift Direct Support

Tomorrow's Hope seeks an Overnight Shift Direct Support team member to ensure a safe, caring environment for children and families connected to our Catholic school community. During overnight hours, you will monitor wellbeing, provide basic support and reassurance, respond calmly to emergencies, and document observations. You'll collaborate with staff, schools, and families to uphold program standards and our faith-centered mission, maintaining confidentiality, clear communication, and reliable coverage to support children's ongoing success in education.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous overnight supervision to ensure participants' safety and wellbeing.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or behavioral incidents, following protocols.
• Offer basic support, reassurance, and assistance with routine needs during the night.
• Monitor, document, and report observations, incidents, and changes in status.
• Communicate clearly with daytime staff, families, and school partners for continuity of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding and program policies.
• Support a faith-centered, compassionate environment aligned with Tomorrow's Hope's mission.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in shared spaces during the overnight shift.
