Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain People Soft technical components including Application Engine, People Code, SQR, and Component Interface
- Develop and customize People Soft applications based on business requirements
- Work on Integration Broker, Application Messaging, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Perform data migration and interface development using tools like CI, App Engine, and SQL Loader
- Collaborate with functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design
- Support implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Develop reports using SQR, BI Publisher, and Crystal Reports
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation
- 6+ years of experience in People Soft development
- Strong expertise in People Tools (People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface)
- Hands‑on experience with Integration Broker and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and database concepts (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2)
- Experience in People Soft HCM or Financials modules
- Exposure to data migration, interfaces, and system integration
