Part‑Time Trip Driver – Nampa,

First Student is hiring Part Time Trip Drivers for Nampa,  a Part‑Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be present at the start of the students’ day with a before‑school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

No experience as a bus driver is required; we’ll train you with our industry‑leading technology.

• Transport students safely to and from school, ensuring punctuality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate trip records and submit logs as required.
• Adhere to DOT drug testing and safety‑sensitive employee requirements.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Part‑time schedule suitable; no college degree or high school diploma required.
• Military experience, return to the workforce, or looking for a second job is encouraged.
• Retirees are welcome as well.
• Enjoy working with students.

• Starting wage: $21.00 / hour – $27.50 / hour, based on experience as a school bus driver.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for non‑credentialed drivers; $2,000 sign‑on bonus for credentialed drivers.
• Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plan (benefits may vary by location or CBA).
• Paid CDL training.
• Bonus expiration: 06/30/2025 (conditions apply).
