Position: Warehouse Associate Picker -case pick

Full‑time Warehouse Associate – Join our order fulfillment team to support the distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities
  • Stock, restock, pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
  • Maintain a clean work area to protect pharmaceutical products and prevent injuries.
  • Verify products received against receiving documents and report damages or discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a climate‑controlled facility.
  • Strong reading comprehension in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet distribution standards.
  • Motivated, dependable, with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Availability to work the listed shift hours, including overtime. (Overtime is mandatory for real‑time delivery.)
  • Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Walk up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role).
  • Stand for long periods of time.
Nice to Have
  • Warehouse or distribution experience (up to 1 year).
  • Experience operating RF scanning equipment.
