Night Warehouse Order Selector

Non‑Exempt/Hourly

This role is a critical support position for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will accurately and efficiently select orders in a timely manner.

• Select and ship customer orders accurately.
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using VO collect technology.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• Complete other duties and special projects as requested.

• Experience working in various warehouse environments, including freezer, cooler, and dry storage.
• Ability to follow selection direction via headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label).
• Work overtime as required.
• Meet deadlines and case‑per‑hour requirements.
• Listen, understand, and respond to instructions.
• Operate within Standard Operating Procedures and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain high level of accuracy.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8–12 hours daily.
• Ability to frequently lift 15–55 pounds.
• Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Order Selecting: 1 year (Preferred).
• Electric Pallet Jack: 1 year (Preferred).

Sunday to Tuesday schedule. Cold Storage Warehouse environment includes sub‑zero temperatures.

Physical demands may include walking on a level surface, reaching above shoulder height, going below waist level, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing as needed, and using proper lifting techniques.
