Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Order Selector (DC Warehouse)

Job Type: Full-time

• Operate a stand‑up forklift or electric pallet jack to fill customer orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Move products to and from specified locations and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Fill customer orders using RF scanner and/or voice‑directed picking systems.
• Check and count all products before loading onto trucks.
• Verify products are free of damage and meet quality standards.
• Verify production code dates and proper product rotation.
• Ensure quantity, labeling, and order accuracy meet customer specifications.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a performance‑driven environment.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of stand‑up forklift experience.
• Warehouse/distribution center experience.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Order selection (case picking) experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to identify variables in processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
