Warehouse Operator

Shift & Working Hours

Warehouse Operator Pay: $22.00 per hour. Eight hour shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekends, overtime and holidays as needed.

Seasonal hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Line seed conditioners may work up to 12‑hour shifts.

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others.

• Process work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery.
• Multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Operate a forklift daily and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Successful forklift certification required.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and always respectful.
• Valid driver's license.

2+ years of warehousing work experience and forklift experience.

• Lifting/carrying up to 60 pounds.
• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods; may include dust and chemicals.

Required to work the scheduled shift, which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
