Warehouse Worker – Nampa,
Sigma, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support agricultural warehouse operations in Nampa, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in warehouse operations, agriculture, logistics, and hands-on material handling.

Weekdays:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Weekends:
Potential weekend availability required during harvest season Environment:
Agricultural warehouse setting with variable temperatures and potential dust exposure
- Load, unload, and transport materials within or near the worksite using forklifts or other equipment
- Receive and process agricultural materials, including dirt and seed shipments from growers
- Count, weigh, and record materials or containers accurately on required forms
- Fill orders, package goods, and prepare materials for shipment
- Load trucks and move stock between warehouse and production areas
- Maintain inventory organization and proper material placement
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Sweep floors, clean spills, and remove broken bags or product messes
- Keep work areas safe, orderly, and free of hazards
- Follow proper handling procedures for agricultural products
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
- Maintain awareness of workplace hazards and safety requirements
- Use required safety equipment and follow client guidelines
- Steel-toed shoes are required
- Respirators are voluntary; work environment may include dust exposure
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and dependable work approach
- Previous warehouse, agriculture, farming, manufacturing, or material handling experience
