Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely stock, organize, and manage warehouse inventory.
- Fulfill customer orders and support daily shipping and receiving.
- Assist customers on the phone and in person, including order entry into Agility Pull and preparing orders for pick‑up, UPS shipment, or delivery.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory, rotate stock, and report damaged or missing items.
- Participate in cycle counts and other physical inventory verification as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Serve as a backup driver for non‑regulated vehicles.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire).
- Pass drug screening, driving screening, and background checks.
