Laborer Heavy Duty (Pkg - Days)

Location: Twin Falls,

Time Type: Full time

Overview: Breaks down empty totes, separates good and bad totes, hand‑stacks cases on pallets according to customer specifications, and assists cold room personnel with breaks and lunches. Operates controls to dump totes of product into hoppers, participates in safety huddles, and performs other assigned duties.

• Build, fill, stage, and cap totes in the cold room.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects and malfunctions.
• Report safety, quality, and sanitation regulation issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work area.
• Ensure the Case Erector staging area remains full at all times.
• Participate in safety huddles.

• Education / Certifications (Required): High School Diploma or GED.
• Certifications (Required): Lock‑out/Tag‑out, Forklift, and Sanitation certifications. Training provided if not yet qualified.
• Preferred: Forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Effective communication in English (verbal and written), ability to follow instructions, basic computer operation, data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, basic math functions.
• Must be able to be qualified within facility‑established time frames.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
• Work in noisy environments ranging from hot to cold, including temperatures from
  -20°F to 90°F.
• Perform repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements.
• Work with hands and arms overhead; work in or under equipment.
• Manual dexterity, coordination, balance for ground and high locations.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment.
