Job Duties:

Compile data, statistics, and other information for reports
Open and distribute incoming regular mail and emails and answer customers’ enquiries and telephone calls
Prepare and write invoices for customers and vendors
Coordinate the information flow internally and with other departments
Maintain inventory and order office supplies
Create and maintain manual and computerised data filing systems
Establish and update office procedures
Prepare, proofread, and edit reports and other documents

Job requirements:

Experience:

1~2 years of related experience is required

Education:

Completion of Secondary School is required
