You will be an essential part of the testing team, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously. Responsibilities include verifying candidate identities, proctoring exams, and maintaining a clean testing environment. This part-time role offers 10-15 hours of work per week, with flexible shift options available from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all company testing procedures
• Check in candidates and confirm their identification
• Oversee the testing process and assist candidates
• Collaborate with tech teams for issue resolution
• Perform cleaning duties after each testing session
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Customer service experience of at least 1 year preferred
• Proctoring experience is highly desirable
• Must be flexible with scheduling availability
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
