Contribute to CLBC in Nanaimo as a full-time Contracts Clerk. This position focuses on essential contract administration and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a hybrid work option.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing contracts while offering administrative support to staff and engaging with families. Your expertise in processing documents and maintaining accurate records will enhance CLBC’s ability to serve adults with developmental disabilities effectively. A detail-oriented mindset and communication skills are vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor contracts per agency policies
• Welcome and guide service users and their families
• Track contract statuses and update databases
• Provide efficient word processing and documentation
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Requirements:
• Completed grade twelve or equivalent
• At least 3 years of administrative support experience
• Advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel
• Typing speed of 50 WPM required
• Contract processing experience is an asset
