Executive Assistant CEO

Position: Executive Assistant for Revley CEO
Support the CEO of Revley in driving the operational rhythm of a fast-growing startup. Oversee scheduling, communications, and tool management to ensure seamless operations.

Revley seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO to contribute to a dynamic early-stage company. You will interface daily with the CEO, managing calendars, communications, and logistical needs. Ideal candidates have startup experience, are tech-savvy, and aim to gain deep operational insights in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CEO's calendar and meeting follow-ups

• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and recap discussions

• Draft correspondence and internal documents

• Coordinate travel and maintain vendor relationships

• Set up and manage company CRM and operational dashboards

Requirements:

• At least one year supporting a CEO or senior leader

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools

• Must be based in Canada and available during Eastern Time hours
