Join Troy Life & Fire Safety in Nanaimo, BC as an Office Administrator! This role supports various branches while performing essential administrative tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Office Administrator will be a key team member based out of the Nanaimo branch, contributing to the daily operation and administrative needs of multiple BC branches. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to maintaining high standards of support and accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily administrative operations of the branch
• Serve as back-up to the Service Coordinator
• Manage data processes, filing, and ERP system documentation
• Prepare reports and quotes for internal use
• Maintain customer satisfaction across tasks and inquiries
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Minimum 3 years experience in office administration
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience in purchasing and inventory preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting/ERP software beneficial
