We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk who will manage invoicing tasks and serve as a liaison between our store and the Head Office Accounting Team.
Your role will involve checking invoice accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and tracking inventory discrepancies, all while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor relationships and address shortages
• Ensure accurate updating of retail prices
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations with precision
• Keep meticulous records through effective filing
• Carry out inventory spot checks and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with accounting systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Eagerness to learn new software programs
