Join the Duke Point Expansion Project as a Project Coordinator, providing critical support and coordination on-site in Nanaimo. Manage project life cycles from initiation to closure through effective communication and organization.
This site-based role involves coordinating various tasks to ensure the successful completion of the project. You will oversee meetings, document control, and report preparation, working closely with the Project Team throughout all phases. Experience in marine works projects and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support across the full project life cycle
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action item follow-ups
• Support document preparation for approvals and delivery
• Assist in contract evaluations and agreements
• Monitor project activities and suggest process changes
Requirements:
• Degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Minimum 3 years of experience on marine works projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and drafting software
• Previous work experience in Canadian industries
