We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to manage and implement vital administrative processes. This role is permanent and calls for strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
As an Office Coordinator, you must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of applicable experience in an administrative function. You'll be responsible for the coordination of office services, policy administration, and ensuring that all procedures are effective and beneficial to the workplace.
Your role will be fundamental in preparing operating budgets and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and implement new administrative processes
• Coordinate and manage office service operations
• Prepare periodic reports and correspondence efficiently
• Uphold privacy policies related to record access
• Maintain inventory and manage budgetary controls
Requirements:
