This full-time Capital Projects Coordinator role requires coordination from the project's planning phase to construction supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and inspect contractor compliance and quality
• Collaborate with Building Committees and stakeholders

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum five years in construction; three years in project management
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• BC driver's license required
