The Photo Lab Specialist is vital for customer satisfaction and product quality. This role requires expertise in film processing, customer interaction, and basic tech skills. You will also maintain photofinishing equipment and engage in various technical tasks, including working in photo electronics and mobile departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in printing, processing, and sorting film accurately
• Maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations
• Mix chemicals and perform general housekeeping tasks
• Scan film for efficient digital delivery of images
• Offer exceptional customer service at the photofinishing counter
Requirements:
• Experience with film processing and photographic equipment
• Knowledge of Photoshop and desktop applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Flexible availability, including weekends
