In this full-time role on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will directly engage with clients to manage their banking needs. Your skills will be key in problem-solving, resource connection, and educating clients on mobile banking technology to help them achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with banking transactions and account management
• Connect clients to relevant CIBC team members for support
• Solve client issues through proactive problem-solving techniques
• Introduce clients to mobile banking solutions and technology
• Ensure positive client experiences through engagement
Requirements:
• Proven customer service expertise in financial services
• Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Strong problem-solving and technology skills
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on client success
