Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast- paced Banking Centre and make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.
- Build and foster key relationships with clients, understanding their financial and personal goals.
- Provide tailored, informative service and recommend the right products and solutions that support their financial success.
- Deliver a great client experience, including flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
- Client engagement – Meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and build forward-looking financial plans using cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection knowledge.
- Relationship building – Engage in marketing and outreach activities, grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate as a team to connect clients to the right people and opportunities.
- Leveraging technology – Become a technology expert, introduce clients to mobile banking applications, and help them manage their banking needs more efficiently.
- You are client-first, purpose-driven, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
- You possess strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- You are passionate about people, learning, and building trust through respect and authenticity.
- You hold current accreditation:
Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) and are in good standing. - You demonstrate at least 1 year of client-facing experience with sales results.
- Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
