Key Responsibilities:
• Build and oversee commercial real estate lending relationships
• Structure and originate complex lending opportunities
• Analyze financial statements for credit recommendations
• Manage portfolio lifecycle from reviews to renewals
• Monitor risk and portfolio performance proactively
Requirements:
• 5+ years commercial lending experience focused on real estate
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills
• Proven business development and relationship management
• Knowledge of integrated financial solutions
• Experience mentoring colleagues in lending practices
