Be a pivotal part of First West's Woodgrove branch as a Wealth Services Assistant, aiding Senior Wealth Advisors while interacting with clients.
Your role will be key in providing administrative and marketing support.
You will champion member transactions, organize client meetings, and contribute to marketing initiatives. With two years' experience in a financial institution, you’ll utilize your communication abilities and organizational skills to manage member files effectively. Adherence to compliance and risk guidelines will be essential while fostering positive member relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to routine inquiries from members
• Manage documentation for Senior Wealth Advisors
• Organize seminars and follow up with attendees
• Prepare and maintain accurate member documentation
• Process trades on behalf of members when needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of assistant experience in finance
• Preferred experience in administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
