Position: CIBC Personal Banking Representative Position
Drive client engagement as a Financial Services Representative with CIBC at Country Club Mall, Wellington. Provide informed financial guidance while building meaningful relationships with clients.

This full-time role in Personal and Business Banking expects you to interact with clients to assess their financial priorities. You’ll leverage your expertise in financial products and strategic planning to enhance their banking experience. Flexibility in working hours, including potentially working at multiple locations, is necessary to better serve clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to identify personal and business financial needs

• Advise clients on suitable financial solutions and plans

• Foster client relationships through outreach initiatives

• Educate clients on our mobile and online banking services

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall client satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven customer service experience

• Current Mutual Funds License or necessary certification

• Strong relationship-building and advising skills

• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
