Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships in real estate development
• Originate and structure complex lending transactions
• Conduct comprehensive financial and risk analysis
• Manage the complete lifecycle of lending portfolios
• Address portfolio performance and risk issues proactively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending
• Proven analytical and risk assessment skills
• Established business development capabilities
• Ability to mentor and coach team members
• Experience with loan syndications considered an asset
