Elevate healthcare operations as a Support Services Leader in Nanaimo, BC with Aramark. Manage Food Services, Environmental Services, and Hospitality while ensuring compliance and quality service. Aramark is building a team of leaders for a current healthcare site in Central Vancouver Island. This role involves daily operations management across various service lines, supporting kitchen and housekeeping teams. You will be responsible for team leadership, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations for food, laundry, and hospitality services
- Assist in food preparation during busy periods or absences
- Provide leadership and support to frontline staff
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Foster positive relationships with clients and staff
- Proven leadership experience in Food Services or EVS
- Willingness to assist in kitchen tasks
- Educational background in Hospitality or related fields
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and operational tools
