In this leadership role, you will work closely with business partners to develop and implement effective HR strategies. You are responsible for managing day-to-day HR services, ensuring compliance with company standards while focusing on employee engagement.
Your role includes preparing business cases and coaching managers on performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure HR services align with Cabela’s & Bass Pro Shops mission
• Provide HR operational support including recruitment and training
• Maintain compliance with time, labor, and HRIS documentation
• Build relationships with managers to understand business needs
• Lead investigations and support performance management processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• 3 to 5 years HR experience in retail settings
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent coaching and interpersonal communication skills
• Availability for flexible retail hours
Drive success and enhance employee experience by spearheading HR initiatives at Cabela’s & Bass Pro Shops.
